Contra-indications
You will be asked to carry out a full consultation on your first visit to the spa, which is updated on subsequent visits. However, please inform us if you have any specific/recent medical conditions or allergies, or if you are planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel your medical condition deems you unsuitable, but will endeavour to provide you with an alternative. Please remember that your safety and wellbeing is our highest priority. Please avoid alcohol before all treatments, and specifically after body treatments. Children We regrettably cannot cater for children or babies to accompany you when attending appointments. However, we do hope that our flexible opening hours will help you with your childcare arrangements. Timekeeping Please arrive 10 minutes early on your fist visit to the spa, to allow time to complete a consultation. Thereafter, kindly arrive promptly to avoid disappointment of reduced treatment time. When planning your day, or purchasing your parking ticket, please allow at least an extra 20 minutes over and above your advertised treatment time to allow for consultations, payments, rebooking etc. This may not be needed, but will prevent stress if required. Cancellation policy Please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise a 50% treatment charge will apply. Disabled access Due to the nature and Grade II listing of the premises, we are regrettably unable to provide accessibility for certain disabilities. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, or for a chosen amount. Vouchers are valid for 6 months. A gift wrapping service is available for an additional sum of £2.50, with vouchers presented in an elegant Ribbon tied box. Packages Please enquire about our package schemes, which are available for many of our treatments. Buy 6 treatments upfront, and you only pay for 5. |
